Vinod AggarwalMD and CEO - VECV

Vinod Aggarwal is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV), a Joint Venture Company between AB Volvo of Sweden and Eicher Motors Limited.

He has been associated with Eicher Group from 1983 and since then has handled various assignments across the Tractor, Trucks, Buses, Gears and Engines Businesses. He took over the role of the Group CFO in 2006; President of Eicher Trucks and Buses in 2009; CEO in July 2010 and Managing Director in October 2016.

He was intimately involved in Eicher Group restructuring culminating in creation of the Joint Venture between AB Volvo and Eicher Motors.

A Commerce graduate from Punjab University, he is dually qualified as Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant.

Over the years, he has won several awards for his contribution to the commercial vehicle industry including the “CV Man of the Year” twice in 2019 and 2014. He was awarded as the “Best CEO- Medium and Heavy Duty truck makers” in 2016 by World Auto Forum and the “Hall of Fame 2015” by Manufacturing Today. In 2019, he was inducted into The Economic Times Polymers Automotive Hall of Fame.

R. S. SachdevaCOO - Eicher Trucks and Buses

R. S. Sachdeva is the Chief Operating Officer - Eicher Trucks and Buses. He is responsible for design and development of the complete product range of Eicher branded Trucks and Buses, as well as for the development of the new range of Engines.

An Automobile Engineer by qualification and passion. He has been associated with the organization since 1991 and has 30 years of experience in Eicher and has worked in various positions in Automobile Design and Development.

S S GillEVP - International Business and Company-Owned Retail, VECV

S S Gill is Executive Vice President, heading the International Business, Company-Owned Retail Business (COCO) for India and Non-Automotive Engine Business of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd.

A mechanical engineer by qualification, he has been associated with the organization since 1992. During his 29 years of experience, he has worked in various positions as Business head, in Sales, Marketing, Brand & Communication, After-Market, Product Management, Project Management, Strategy, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing - in commercial vehicles, non-automotive and components business areas.

B SrinivasEVP - Purchase and Supply Chain, Product Strategy, VECV

B. Srinivas is the Executive Vice President - Bus Business & Product Strategy, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. He has 27 years of experience in Eicher and has worked in various positions in Strategy, Product Planning, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Global Sourcing, Capacity Enhancement, Supplier Quality Assurance, Production Planning, Procurement and Product Development.

He has done B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Graduate Diploma in Materials Management and PG Diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management.

Rajesh MishraEVP - Chief Digital Officer, VECV

Rajesh Mishra is the Executive Vice President, CDO – Chief Digital Officer.

Rajesh Mishra is responsible for group wide initiatives on Process transformation and IT Solutions. He has more than 27 years of Industry experience in IT and Large scale transformation Programs. He has done his Graduation and Post - Graduation from BITS, Pilani.

Aditya K ShrivastavaEVP - Manufacturing Operations, VECV

Aditya K Shrivastava is the Executive Vice President, Head of Manufacturing Operations and is responsible for Production, Manufacturing Quality, Procurement, Part Distribution Centre (VEPDC) and Logistics.

An engineering graduate with 27 years of rich experience in automotive and heavy engineering industries, He has been associated with VECV since Dec 2011.

B DINAKAREVP - Volvo Trucks India

B Dinakar is Executive Vice President of Volvo Trucks India and is recognized as a highly competent Leader for enhancing P&L scenario and developing new markets.

He has been associated with the organization since 2015. He has been a successful Business Head with a 31-year track record of aggressively growing sales and improving profitability in heavy duty truck and capital equipment business operations in India. He brings in additional experience in positioning efficiency for growth.

He did his Mechanical Engineering in 1986 and is a Scholar from Ross School of Business-Michigan, USA.

Vishal MathurEVP- Light & Medium Duty Sales & Marketing

Vishal Mathur is the Senior Vice President at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture). He is responsible for Sales & Marketing of Eicher Trucks in Light & Medium Duty Range.

Prior to taking up this role in June 2017, he was Head of Sales for LMD trucks for 3 years, and prior to that he was Head of West Zone for all product lines including aftermarket, comprising large markets of Maharashtra, Gujrat, MP & Chhattisgarh.

A mechanical engineer by qualification, he has been associated with the organization since 1996. During his 26 years of experience, he has worked in various roles in Sales, Marketing, After-Market, Quality, and Manufacturing in Commercial Vehicles and in Royal Enfield.

Ramesh RajagopalanEVP- Customer Service, Retail Excellence and Network Development

Ramesh Rajgopalan is the Senior Vice President at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture). He is responsible for the After-market & Network Development function of Eicher Trucks and Buses in India. He has a rich experience of more than 30 years in various areas of Sales, Marketing, After-Market and Customer Services. Prior to joining VECV, he was heading the After-Market function at DICV.

He has pursued Automobile Engineering from Anna University and holds a Certification in Applied Leadership from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Gagandeep Singh GandhokSVP - HD Trucks Business, VECV

Gagandeep Singh Gandhok is the Senior Vice President at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture). He is responsible for Sales & Marketing of Eicher Trucks in Heavy Duty Range.

He has been associated with the organization for more than 17 years of experience. Began as a Management Trainee at Eicher and since then has been in various leadership roles of Sales and Marketing. Pro 8000 Series is a noteworthy project he partook in apart from many more ambitious projects.

He has pursued Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in Marketing from University Business School, Punjab University - Chandigarh.

Suresh ChettiarSVP - Volvo Buses India

Suresh Chettiar is responsible for Volvo Buses India operations. He brings with him over two decades of Volvo Buses and Volvo Group Trucks experiences - having held senior leadership roles across commercial and marketing functions. He has driven market development of Volvo’s high-end buses in India. A mechanical engineer by qualification, Suresh has keen interests and insights into various domains of public transport such as evolving multi-modal travel patterns, public private partnerships and advocacy of best practices through global benchmarking.

Bhagwan K BindiganavileEVP- Strategic Planning, Brand and Communications

Bhagwan K Bindiganavile is heading Strategic Planning and Brand & Corporate Communication of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. Prior to joining VECV, he has worked for over 22 years with the Volvo Group and has held senior leadership positions in various business areas globally. In his last assignment, as Vice President- Volvo Buses, Bhagwan was responsible for transitioning Volvo Buses India into the newly formed Bus Division in VECV.

GYANENDRA DASSSVP - Eicher Engineering Components

Gyanendra Dass is the Senior Vice President and Head of Eicher Engineering Components, “an independent business unit” responsible for making components and transmission assembly .

An engineering graduate with 25⁺ years of rich experience in automotive industry, he has been associated with VECV since 2006 and worked in various leadership positions as Plant Head - Bhopal Truck Plant & Pithampur Truck Plant , Head of Engineering - all VECV plants and Project Head - Bus Plant.

Sudeep Kumar DevSVP - Chief Human Resources Officer- VECV

Mr. Sudeep Kumar Dev who is versatile and passionate human resources professional with history of success leading strategic and operational initiatives within well-established multinational corporations. He is much focused driven to identify business needs and develop plans to deliver tangible results. He is an employee advocate who champions staff, workmen and manager’s confidence and designs strategies to attract and retain critical talent in highly competitive markets. He has overall 28 years of rich experience in the Human resource field spearheading gamut of Organization development, Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Change Leadership and many more. Currently, he is working with VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors JV), India since past 15 years. With his dedication in the field and successful improvements projects for the organization he has been recognized and hold position as Vice President- Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Admin. Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Ltd. is an automobile manufacturing organization, ranging from Low to Heavy Trucks and Buses.

Mr. Dev has Bachelors in Law and Post-graduation in Human resources. Later, he started his career as management trainee and started with generalist profile handling Talent Management, HR Operation, employee relations, etc. During his practical learning experience, he also received various certifications such as People Analytics, Hogan Assessment , Mercer Job evaluation methodology & MOST which helped him to perform successfully while he is still handling the manufacturing set up from HR perspective. He also has undergone trainings such as Design Thinking, Change Leadership, and many more to sharpen his saw.

Ken TrolleExecutive Vice President & CFO, VECV

Ken Trolle is the Chief Financial Officer of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. He joined VECV from the Volvo Group and has an extensive experience of more than 27 years from the commercial vehicle industry in Europe and North America. Prior to joining VECV he was the Senior Vice President & CFO of Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America, a position he held for more than 12 years.
