VE Commercial Vehicles sells 7198 units in September 2023

VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) recorded sales of 7198 units in September 2023 as compared to 6631 units in September 2022 recording a growth of 8.6%. This includes 6965 units of Eicher brand and 233 units of Volvo brand.

Following are the key highlights for September 2023:

• Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6965 units in September 2023 as compared to 6498 units in September 2022 representing a growth of 7.2%.
• In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6715 units in September 2023 as compared to 5992 units in September 2022, representing a growth of 12.1%.
• On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 250 units in September 2023 as compared to 506 units in September 2022, representing a decline of 50.6%.
• Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses have recorded sales of 233 units in September 2023 as compared to 133 units in September 2022, representing a growth of 75.2%.
