Eicher Ramps up its Service With A New Spare Parts Distribution Centre in Cuttack, Odisha

Enabling prompt availability of spare parts to serve Eicher Truck and Bus Customers in Odisha

In order to enhance parts availability, Eicher Trucks & Buses, a business unit of VE Commercial Vehicles, inaugurated its new Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) in Cuttack, Odisha. This facility will operate as a part of the Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) retail unit at Cuttack. The new PDC will ensure optimization of Eicher’s supply-chain of parts in Odisha and improve Eicher Genuine Parts availability to our customers in the region significantly.

This newly inaugurated PDC at Cuttack will further strengthen the service support offered to 7000+ Eicher vehicles in the state of Odisha. The facility will deal with 1700 part lines to facilitate faster service for customers. Currently, Eicher has a network of 30 PDCs serving customers PAN India.

To enhance customer experience, Eicher has successfully launched 22 touch-points in Odisha in last one year. With the above Eicher has now successfully established 31 company owned outlets in Odisha, which underline company’s commitment to offer superior brand and service experience to its customers across the state.
